Check Your QRIS Transaction Status on EDC BCA

When conducting transactions and interacting with customers, technical issues can sometimes arise. One common problem occurs when a customer makes a payment. While the phone shows a successful transaction, the seller may not receive the transaction status, nor does it appear on the BCA EDC machine screen. This situation is usually referred to as a delayed or hanging transaction.

Delayed or hanging transactions can be caused by two main factors:

  • Network issues with the EDC BCA
  • The QRIS code displayed wasn’t scanned in time

To check if a transaction is pending or hanging, follow these simple steps.

For Touchscreen BCA EDC:

  1. On the BCA EDC screen, select the “QRIS” menu from the “Home” screen
  2. Choose the “Pending Transaction List” option to view any pending transactions
  3. The screen will display a list of transactions that are pending
  4. Select one of the transactions to check its status.
    1. If the transaction is successful, the proof of transaction can either be printed or sent to the buyer’s email address.
    2. If the transaction is not successful, you can wait for the process to continue and to check periodically until a successful transaction proof is displayed.

For Non-Touchscreen BCA EDC:

  1. On the BCA EDC Screen, select the “QR” menu
  2. Select the “Inquiry Tran” menu
  3. Choose the “Reff No” that you want to check
  4. Verify the transaction amount, confirm it, and then select “Yes”
  5. The screen will show you the status:
    1. If everything is successful, the EDC machine will print your transaction proof. On a touchscreen EDC, you’ll see a successful transaction status on the screen.
    2. If the transaction didn’t go through but the buyer’s money was deducted, please contact Merchant Solution at 1500788 via regular phone or through the BCA Merchant app.
