How to Settle Transactions on EDC BCA

Follow these steps for settling QRIS, debit card, credit card, and Flazz transactions on EDC BCA:

  1. Press the green button on the BCA EDC machine to access the menu options
  2. Select the Settlement menu on the BCA EDC
  3. Enter password
  4. The BCA EDC will print the settlement receipt

How to Settle Transactions on Android-Based BCA EDC

  1. Select the Settlement menu on the EDC BCA
  2. The total and transaction amount will appear
  3. Once the settlement is successful, you can click on each type of transaction listed to view the settlement reports
  4. To send the proof of settlement via email, click Email. To print the proof of settlement, click Print.

It’s important to note that settlement can be done multiple times in a day. The funds will be transferred to the merchant account on the next calendar day after the settlement is made. This applies to regular settlements.
