General Requirements


  • Indonesian Citizens
  • Employees with minimum 1 year employment at the same company or 2 years total employment
  • Minimum age 21 years or married
  • Maximum age of 56 years when the credit ends for Permanent Employees
  • Willing to sign a credit agreement and APHT (Liability Charge Act)
  • Auto debit payment from the applicant's BCA account
  • Have never owned any property and subsidized property before
  • Meet the eligibility requirements to receive housing subsidies for Low-Income Communities (MBR) in accordance with government regulations

Remarks :

a) Borrower with wife status not separated by assets can use the husband’s NPWP

b) If spouse working, the spouse’s document must be attached

c) Contains a statement declaring that the applicant does not own any property, has never received a subsidized property before, will occupy the house, and meets the income requirements – signed by the local village office

d) A domicile letter issued by the local village office in accordance with the applicant's current residence, required if the address on the ID card differs from the property or collateral location
