How to Control Credit Card on BCA mobile

  1. Login to m-BCA, then select m-Admin
  2. Select menu “Kontrol Kartu Kredit”
  3. Select a Credit Card, then select the “Send” button
  4. Activate the toggle for the desired transaction type to open transaction access, or deactivate the toggle to close transaction access. Then select the "Send" button
  5. Select the “OK” button on the confirmation screen, then enter the m-BCA PIN
  6. Transaction access settings are successful

How to Control Credit Card on myBCA

  1. Go to Akun Saya at myBCA, then click “Kontrol Akun”
  2. Select the “Kartu Kredit” menu
  3. Select a credit card, then select the “Kontrol Kartu Kredit” menu
  4. Activate the toggle for the desired transaction type to open transaction access, or deactivate the toggle to close transaction access. Then select the "Lanjut" button
  5. Put a 'check' on the confirmation screen, then click "Lanjut"
  6. Enter myBCA PIN
  7. Transaction access settings are successful

How to Control Credit Card via Halo BCA

If you don't have the myBCA or BCA mobile applications, credit card control can be done through Halo BCA. Contact Halo BCA at 1500888 or through the Halo BCA application to contact Halo BCA without using credit, but only with internet quota. Verify and then report to customer service if you want to control credit card transactions.
