Requirements and Procedures

BCA Credit Card applications can be submitted by visiting the nearest BCA branch, stopping by the booth stand (direct sales), or contacting BCA sales. Applications can also be submitted online via the BCA Webform, eBranch BCA app, VIRA, and BCA telemarketing.
Eligible applicants for the BCA Credit Card are:

Indonesian citizens or foreigners who reside in Indonesia.
Minimum age 21 years/married and maximum 65 years for basic card applications; minimum 17 years for supplementary card applications.
Minimum income of IDR3,000,000 per month.

BCA Credit Card activation can be done via SMS to 89888, Halo BCA, myBCA, and BCA mobile.
Minimum payment of 5% of the total bill.
The validity period of the BCA Credit Card is as stated on the card. For more information, please refer here.
Transactions with BCA Credit Card can be made by dipping or swiping at EDC machines and authenticated using a PIN or signature, depending on the country. You can activate your credit card PIN through the myBCA app, BCA mobile, BCA ATMs, or the official BCA website.
For BCA Credit Card with the Contactless feature, transactions can also be made by holding the card near the EDC machine with the contactless logo. Activation of the Contactless feature can be done by performing a dip transaction at an EDC or ATM machine and entering a PIN.
Customers can control credit card transaction settings by activating or deactivating transactions with the following details:

The Blibli Ticket Points received will be valid for 1 year from the date of point injection and can be used on various platforms, including: Blibli OMG, Ranch Market, tiket.com, Blibli, Farmers Market, Hello, Trade-In, and Dekoruma. Customers can request closure of their BCA Credit Card at branches or via Halo BCA. All transaction charges for BCA Credit Card transactions must be paid in advance by the cardholder.

Double Blibli Tiket Points on the tiket.com Platform, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Double Blibli Tiket Points means 2x the normal amount of Blibli Tiket Points earned for each tiket.com product purchase.

The Double Blibli Tiket Point awarding mechanism is as follows:
- When a BCA Blibli Tiket Mastercard Credit Cardholder or customer purchases travel products on tiket.com, the Cardholder can see the amount of bonus Blibli Tiket Points they will receive for that purchase on the payment page when selecting the BCA Blibli Tiket Mastercard Credit Card as the payment method on the tiket.com platform.
- Blibli Tiket Points awarded as part of the Double Blibli Tiket Point program will be granted together with the regular Blibli Tiket Points.
- Regular Blibli Tiket Points and Double Blibli Tiket Points will be credited 1 (one) calendar day after the completion of the trip or stay, or in accordance with the terms and conditions set by tiket.com.
There is no minimum transaction amount required to receive Double Blibli Tiket Points.
Double Blibli Tiket Points will be credited to the account used by the BCA Blibli Tiket Mastercard Credit Cardholder or customer for the transaction.
In the event of a refund or cancellation of the product by the Cardholder or customer, the Cardholder will not be entitled to receive Double Blibli Tiket Points.

Upgrade to Diamond Tier

Blibli Tiket membership status upgrade to Diamond tier for new-to-card Cardholders (effective from September 11, 2026).

This upgrade will be granted after the Cardholder performs their first transaction (with no minimum spend requirement) on either Blibli or tiket.com platform using the BCA Blibli Tiket Mastercard Credit Card.

The upgrade process will be carried out periodically and completed within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days following the travel date (for transactions made on the tiket.com platform) or after the order status is completed (for transactions made on the Blibli platform).

The Diamond tier membership will remain active until December 31, 2027
