Requirements and Procedures

  • BCA Credit Card applications can be submitted by visiting the nearest BCA branch, stopping by the booth stand (direct sales), or contacting BCA sales. Applications can also be submitted online via the BCA Webform, eBranch BCA app, VIRA, and BCA telemarketing.
  • Eligible applicants for the BCA Credit Card are:
  • Indonesian citizens or foreigners who reside in Indonesia.
  • Minimum age 21 years/married and maximum 65 years for basic card applications; minimum 17 years for supplementary card applications.
  • Minimum income of IDR3,000,000 per month.

  • Installment cancellation fee: IDR100,000.

  • BCA Credit Card activation can be done via SMS to 89888, Halo BCA, myBCA, and BCA mobile.
  • Minimum payment of 5% of the total bill.
  • The validity period of the BCA Credit Card is 4 years.
  • Transactions with BCA Credit Card can be made by dipping or swiping at EDC machines and authenticated using a PIN or signature, depending on the country. You can activate your credit card PIN through the myBCA app, BCA mobile, BCA ATMs, or the official BCA website.
  • Customers can control credit card transaction settings by activating or deactivating transactions with the following details:

  • Customers can request closure of their BCA Credit Card at branches or via Halo BCA. All transaction charges for BCA Credit Card transactions must be paid in advance by the cardholder.
  • BCA shall inform all changes to the benefits, fees, risks, terms and conditions of this Product and/or Service through any means in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
