OneKlik Terms and Conditions


  1. BCA is PT Bank Central Asia Tbk.
  2. OneKlik is a payment facility provided by BCA to facilitate direct payment of transactions on the Merchant’s website and/or application by using Customer Account/User ID provided by the Merchant.
  3. Type of Fund Source is the type of payment instrument which is connected to the source of fund for payment of Transaction that shall be registered by OneKlik User on the Merchant’s website and/or application or any other means determined by BCA from time to time that will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
  4. Fund Source Account is an account linked to the Type of Fund Source used by OneKlik User as a fund source account to conduct Transaction.
  5. Customer Account/User ID is the account registered with the Merchant, which can be in the form of, among others, e-mail, cellular phone number, or user name of OneKlik User.
  6. OneKlik User is an individual who has registered the Type of Fund Source on the Customer Account/User ID through the Merchant’s website and/or application or any other means as determined by BCA in the future that will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with the applicable law.
  7. m-BCA Mobile Number is OneKlik User’s cellular phone number registered in the m-BCA phone number database which on such m-BCA the financial transaction has been activated.
  8. e-Banking Phone Number is customer’s mobile phone number registered with BCA’s system that will be used for e-Banking transaction and/or as a means to confirm other BCA banking transactions.
  9. OTP (One Time Password) is a unique and confidential passcode generated by BCA system and sent via Short Message Service (SMS) to the m-BCA Mobile Number or e-Banking Phone Number selected by OneKlik User.
  10. BCA ID is a username created by the customer in the form of 6 to 21 characters consisting of numbers, letters, or a combination of both, which can be used to access the BCA e-channels determined by BCA.
  11. Merchant is an individual or entity that sell goods and/or services owned by Merchant and/or owned by other parties that cooperate Merchant through the Merchant’s website and/or application and accepting Transactions made by OneKlik User.
  12. Transaction is a direct payment transaction using OneKlik in Rupiah currency for the purchase of goods and/or services made by OneKlik User through the Merchant’s website and/or application that cooperates with BCA.
  13. Merchant Limit is the maximum daily Transaction amount at the Merchant as determined by BCA for each Customer Account/User ID which are connected to the Type of Fund Source that can be registered through the Merchant’s website and/or application or any other means determined by BCA in the future which will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with the applicable law.  
  14. Daily Limit is the maximum daily Transaction amount at the Merchant as determined by OneKlik User for each Type of Fund Source and applies to all Customer Account/User ID registered at all Merchants.
  1. To be able to use OneKlik, prospective OneKlik User must first register OneKlik on the Merchant’s website and/or application and activate OneKlik on m-BCA on BCA mobile or myBCA.
  2. To be able to conduct OneKlik registration, prospective OneKlik User must have an m-BCA Mobile Number or BCA ID. Prospective OneKlik User must use their own m-BCA Mobile Number or BCA ID. Any consequences arising from the use of any other party’s m-BCA Mobile Number or BCA ID shall be the sole responsibility of the prospective OneKlik User and the prospective OneKlik User hereby holds BCA harmless againts all claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions from any party including from the prospective OneKlik User in connection therewith.
  3. When conducting OneKlik registration on the Merchant’s website and/or application and OneKlik activation, prospective OneKlik User is required to conduct the following steps:
    1. input among others:
      1. BCA Automated Teller Machine (ATM) card number that is valid, active, and not blocked; and
      2. Daily Limit (if required);
    2. choose OneKlik activation means through m-BCA on BCA mobile or myBCA;
    3. select or input:
      1. a valid m-BCA Mobile Number if the prospective OneKlik User chooses the OneKlik activation means through m-BCA on BCA mobile;
      2. a valid BCA ID if the prospective OneKlik User chooses the OneKlik activation means through myBCA;
      for the purpose of sending push notification;
    4. click on the received push notification display to proceed to the OneKlik activation process on:
      1. m-BCA on the BCA mobile that is connected to the selected or entered m-BCA Mobile Number; or
      2. myBCA that is connected to the selected myBCA;
    5. select the Fund Source Account (if OneKlik activation is done through myBCA);
    6. authorize the Merchant and/or other parties that cooperates with the Merchant to provide instruction for debiting the source of fund for payment of Transaction to BCA for the purpose of settlement of the Transaction and payment of fees related to the Transaction.
  4. OneKlik User must ensure that the m-BCA Mobile Number or BCA ID is valid, still active, and not blocked.
  5. The Fund Source Account that can be selected by OneKlik User when OneKlik User conduct OneKlik activation through myBCA are as follows:
    1. The account is connected to the Type of Fund Source registered by the OneKlik User during the OneKlik registration process; and
    2. The account is connected to the BCA ID selected by OneKlik User in the OneKlik registration process.
  6. BCA will not process OneKlik registration if the prospective OneKlik User does not fulfill the provision of point 3 above or for any other reasons in accordance with the applicable provisions at BCA.
  7. OneKlik User is obliged to ensure and maintain the confidentiality of the Customer Account/User ID and the password for the Customer Account/User ID. OneKlik User is fully responsible for any consequences arising in connection with the misuse of the Customer Account/User ID and the password of the Customer Account/User ID and for any losses arising from such misuse.
  8. OneKlik User may register more than 1 (one) Type of Fund Source with due observance of the limitation on the number of accounts and the Type of Fund Source that can be registered in accordance with the applicable provisions at BCA.
  9. OneKlik User is obliged to determine the Type of Fund Source which will be used to conduct Transaction through the Merchant’s website and/or application and/or facilities which will be provided by BCA in the future if OneKlik User registers more than 1 (one) Type of Fund Source. The Default Account connected to the Type of Fund Source determined by OneKlik User to conduct Transaction will be used as the source of fund account of the Transaction.
  10. OneKlik User may change, add, or delete the Type of Fund Source and/or source of fund account on the Merchant’s website/application or any other means determined by BCA with due observance of the applicable provisions at BCA.
  11. After the OneKlik registration has been successfully processed, OneKlik User can directly make Transaction using the Customer Account/User ID.
  1. OneKlik User is fully responsible for the use of payment instrument information used to conduct Transaction, Type of Fund Source, m-BCA Mobile Number, e-Banking Phone Number, BCA ID, OTP, Customer Account/User ID, including in the event of misuse of such information.
  2. OneKlik User will be charged for the delivery fee of Short Message Service (SMS) for every transaction that requires OTP. The amount of SMS fee conforms to the policy determined by the respective cellular operator.
  3. In the event that the card linked to the Type of Fund Source and/or Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) Card linked to the m-BCA Mobile Number and/or e-banking Phone Number is stolen or lost, OneKlik User is required to immediately contact Halo BCA and/or the Merchant. As long as the notification of the theft or loss has not been received by BCA and/or the Merchant, then every Transaction which is used such BCA ATM card and made on the Customer Account/User ID will be the sole responsibility of OneKlik User.
  4. In the event that the Customer Account/User ID is known by a party other than OneKlik User, then OneKlik User is obliged to immediately contact the Merchant to prevent any misuse of the Customer Account/User ID by any other party. Any Transaction that occur before OneKlik User contacts the Merchant will be for the sole responsibility of OneKlik User.
  5. OneKlik User is obliged to bear Transaction fees and any other fees related to Transaction applicable at BCA which will be notified by BCA to OneKlik User in any form and through any means in accordance with the applicable law. Such fees will be directly debited by BCA from the source of fund linked to the Type of Fund Source.
  6. OneKlik User hereby authorizes BCA to provide OneKlik User’s data to the Merchant for the purposes of registration, management of Type of Fund Source, and processing and settlement of Transaction.
  7. BCA has the right to block OneKlik and/or terminate the provision of OneKlik to OneKlik User in the event that:
    1. OneKlik User does not comply with the applicable provisions of BCA and/or the applicable laws;
    2. OneKlik User does not fulfill the provisions of request for information and/or supporting documents in accordance with the applicable provisions at BCA and/or the applicable law;
    3. OneKlik User is known and/or reasonably suspected false documents and/or provide incorrect data to BCA;
    4. OneKlik User submits information which is doubtful; and/or
    5. OneKlik User has a source of transaction funds that is known and/or reasonably suspected comes from the proceeds of a criminal act.
  8. BCA has the right to amend the Merchant Limit and/or maximum Daily Limit at any time based on the prevailing policies at BCA which will be notified to OneKlik User in any form and through any means in accordance with the applicable law.
  9. OneKlik closure may be conducted by OneKlik User by deleting all payment instruments linked to the Type of Fund Source which has been registered on the Customer Account/User ID through the Merchant’s website and/or application, by contacting Halo BCA, through m-BCA on BCA mobile or myBCA which is connected to the BCA ATM card or BCA ID which is linked to the Type of Fund Source, and/or through other facilities that will be provided by BCA in the future. 
  1. When of conducting a Transaction, OneKlik User shall ensure that the source of fund and card (if any) linked to the Type of Fund Source, are active and not blocked.
  2. BCA is not responsible for and is not obliged to check the validity of Transaction data received from the Merchant.
  3. Every time a OneKlik User conducts a Transaction, OneKlik User shall log in using the Customer Account/User ID.
  4. For the purposes of processing the Transaction, BCA and/or Merchant at any time has the right to request for authorization to OneKlik User for Transaction or instruction given by OneKlik User in the form of OTP or any other forms in accordance with the applicable provisions at BCA through the Merchant’s website and/or application.
  5. OneKlik User must check the Transaction data displayed on the Merchant’s website and/or application before conducting a Transaction. Any Transaction that have been processed by BCA cannot be canceled. All consequences arising in connection with the execution of the Transaction are the sole responsibility of OneKlik User. 
  6. Transaction is made in Rupiah (IDR) currency.
  7. Before conducting a Transaction, OneKlik User must ensure that the balance of the Fund Source Account linked to the Type of Fund Source selected by OneKlik User is sufficient to conduct the Transaction.
  8. OneKlik User hereby authorizes the Merchant and/or other parties that cooperates with the Merchant to give the instruction for debiting the Fund Source Account to BCA for the purpose of completing the Transaction and paying Transaction-related fees. OneKlik User is hereby fully responsible for all consequences arising in connection with the debiting of the Fund Source Account by BCA based on the data received by BCA from the Merchant and OneKlik User hereby releases BCA from all claims, lawsuits, and/or legal actions from any party including OneKlik User itself in connection with the debiting of the Fund Source Account.
  9. BCA will debit the Fund Source Account determined by OneKlik User in accordance with the nominal Transaction based on the instruction received from the Merchant by taking into account the Daily Limit, Merchant Limit, and balance in the Fund Source Account.  
  10. If the balance in the Fund Source Account exceeds the Daily Limit, then the maximum amount of fund that can be debited is the remaining amount of the Daily Limit.
  11. If the remaining Daily Limit is sufficient but the balance in the Fund Source Account is less than the nominal value of the Transaction, BCA has the right to debit the remaining balance in the Fund Source Account in accordance with the instruction received from the Merchant. The shortage difference between the nominal value of the Transaction and the nominal successfully debited by BCA shall be settled by OneKlik User with the Merchant in accordance with the applicable policies at each Merchant.
  12. If the Merchant determines that the goods and/or services purchased shall be paid in full, the Transaction will not be processed if the Daily Limit and Fund Source Account are insufficient to complete settlement of the Transaction.
  13. BCA has the right not to process Transaction payment, among others, if:
    1. the Type of Fund Source belonging to OneKlik User registered in the Customer Account/User ID cannot be used for transaction in accordance with the applicable provisions at BCA;  
    2. the Fund Source Account is dormant or blocked;
    3. the balance on Fund Source Account is not available;
    4. Daily Limit has been exceeded;
    5. the Type of Fund Source chosen by OneKlik User to conduct the Transaction is not accepted by the Merchant.
  14. BCA will send notification of Transactions that have been processed by BCA to the Merchant and OneKlik User may check the Transaction status on the Merchant’s website and/or application.
  15. Transaction nominal value per Type of Fund Source is a minimum of Rp1.- (one rupiah) and a maximum of as much as the Daily Limit. The validity of such limit remains to observe:
    1. limitation of Merchant Limit amount;
    2. the availability of balance on the Fund Source Account when conducting payment of the Transaction.
  16. BCA is not responsible for any failure to purchase of goods and/or services at the Merchant’s website and/or application (including but not limited to the quality, price, delivery, and shipment of goods and/or services by the Merchant to OneKlik User), after the funds in Fund Source Account has been successfully debited by BCA based on the instruction received from the Merchant.
  17. BCA is not responsible for the confidentiality and/or misuse of all information and/or data sent by BCA related to any Transaction conducted through OneKlik after the information and/or data has been sent out from the BCA system.
  1. BCA has the right to change the Merchant Limit and the maximum Daily Limit at any time based on the prevailing policy at BCA which will be notified to OneKlik User in any form and through any means in accordance with the applicable law.
  2. If the Merchant Limit after being changed becomes lower than the Daily Limit of OneKlik User, then the Daily Limit of OneKlik User will be automatically changed to the current Merchant Limit. Such limit change will be effective on the following calendar day after the Merchant Limit change is made on the BCA system. 
  3. OneKlik User can make changes to the Daily Limit on each Fund Source Account through
    m-BCA at BCA mobile, through myBCA, and/or other media provided by BCA in the future.
  4. When changing the Daily Limit, OneKlik User is required to conduct one of the following activities:
    1. Changing the Daily Limit through m-BCA on BCA mobile:
      1. Select the Type of Fund Source that will be changed to the Daily Limit on the Atur OneKlik sub-menu on m-BCA on BCA mobile;  
      2. Enter the new Daily Limit;
      3. Enter the m-BCA PIN on BCA mobile.
    2. Changing the Daily Limit through myBCA:
      1. Select the Type of Fund Source that will be changed to the Daily Limit on the Atur OneKlik submenu on myBCA;
      2. Enter the new Daily Limit;
      3. Perform transaction authorization on myBCA.
  5. Daily Limit changes by OneKlik User shall refer to the Merchant Limit and the change of Daily Limit is effective in real time after the Daily Limit change has been successfully made.
  1. OneKlik User can make changes to the Fund Source Account through myBCA.  
  2. When changing the Fund Source Account, OneKlik User is required to do the following:
    1. Access the Atur OneKlik submenu on myBCA;
    2. Select the Fund Source Account;
    3. Select a new Funding Source Account linked to the Type of Fund Source;
    4. Perform transaction authorization on myBCA.
  3. Changes to the Fund Source Account by OneKlik User is effective in real time after the changes to the Fund Source Account has been successfully processed.
  1. OneKlik User may submit complaints/claims to BCA in relation to OneKlik through Halo BCA. For the purpose of handling such complaints/claims, BCA has the right to request OneKlik User to submit a photocopy of OneKlik User’s identity and other supporting documents.  
  2. BCA will respond to such complaints in accordance with the applicable law.
  3. Any complaints related to the use of OneKlik shall be submitted by OneKlik User to BCA no later than 3 (three) months from the Transaction date.
  1. OneKlik User agrees that any dispute or differences of opinion arising from and/or relating to the implementation of these OneKlik Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) will be resolved by way of deliberation.
  2. Any dispute or difference of opinion that cannot be resolved through deliberation by BCA and OneKlik User will be resolved through banking mediation at Bank Indonesia or the Financial Services Authority or mediation conducted through the Alternative Dispute Settlement Institution listed in the List of Alternative Dispute Settlement Institution established by the Financial Services Authority.
  3. Any dispute or difference of opinion that cannot be resolved through deliberation, banking mediation, and/or mediation as referred to in point 2 above, will be resolved through the Central Jakarta District Court, without prejudice to the BCA’s right to file a lawsuit or claim through other District Courts within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.

These BCA’s OneKlik Terms and Conditions are made in Indonesian and English versions. In the event of any discrepancy between the Indonesian and English versions, then the Indonesian version shall prevail.

  1. OneKlik User fully understand that:
    1. any goods and/or services which payment is made using OneKlik are not the goods and/or services of BCA. Everything related to the goods and/or services offered through the Merchant’s website and/or application for the sole responsibility of the Merchant. All disputes arising in connection with the Transaction is beyond BCA’s responsibility and shall be resolved by OneKlik User and the Merchant.
    2. the accuracy of information contained on the Merchant’s website and/or application is the sole responsibility of the Merchant.
  2. OneKlik User hereby releases BCA from all kinds of claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions in any form and from any party including from OneKlik User itself related to the goods and/or services offered through the Merchant’s website and/or application, including but not limited to the quality, price, delivery, and shipment of goods and/or services by the Merchant to OneKlik User.
  3. BCA shall not be liable for any consequences arising in connection with the delay and/or the non-performance of instructions from OneKlik User by BCA either partially or wholly due to events or causes beyond BCA’s control or ability (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, riots, malfunctioning of equipment and systems, transmission disruptions, power disruptions, telecommunications disruptions, and government policies. 
  4. By using OneKlik, OneKlik User hereby declare that they have fully understood the costs, benefits, features, and risks associated with OneKlik and is subject to and bound by the contents of these BCA’s OneKlik Terms and Conditions. BCA has the right to change, complete, or replace these OneKlik BCA Terms and Conditions which will be notified by BCA to OneKlik User in any form and through any means in accordance with the applicable law. 

These BCA’s OneKlik Terms and Conditions has been adjusted to the laws and regulations including the regulations of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority.

Main Features

  • OneKlik is an online payment facility that allows the Consumer to directly pay for the products/services they purchase through the website/application of a Merchant that cooperates with BCA.
  • By registering for OneKlik on the Consumer’s account/User ID, the Consumer can make multiple payments by just clicking the payment button once (1x) on the Merchant's website/application.
  • Available in 1 currency, namely, Rupiah (IDR).
  • OneKlik conforms with the National Open API Payment Standard (SNAP) established by Bank Indonesia.
  • The following types of BCA accounts can serve as OneKlik source of funds: Tahapan, Tahapan Gold, Tahapan Xpresi, Tapres, Rupiah Current Account for Individual Customers, and other sources of funds according to the provisions hereafter existing at BCA.
  • OneKlik registration can be done on the Merchant's website and/or application, followed by a registration activation process on a BCA’s channel (such as BCA mobile and myBCA).
  • The Customer can use the ‘Atur OneKlik’ feature on the BCA channel to block, unblock, or delete the account, set a daily limit, and change source account.
  • The daily limit for OneKlik is Rp3,000,000/card/day, which is the maximum combined limit applicable to all OneKlik Merchants.
  • The minimum Transaction Amount per Source of Fund is Rp1 (one rupiah), while the maximum Transaction amount is the daily limit for OneKlik.
  • BCA may request additional authorization in the form of an OTP code if the transaction requires additional authorization to meet OneKlik security policy.

Risks

  • Misuse of information regarding the source of fund, mobile phone number, BCA ID, OTP code, or Consumer’s Account/User ID as a consequence of disclosure of such information, whether intentional or unintentional, by the Customer to other parties through social engineering, phishing, loss of device/ ATM card, etc.

Requirements and Procedure

  • The Customer must provide information on the source of funds in the form of a valid, active, and unblocked ATM card number
  • The Customer must have a valid, active, and unblocked m-BCA mobile number and/or BCA ID that has been activated for financial transactions to be able to register for OneKlik.
  • To be able to use OneKlik, the Customer must follow these steps:
    1. Enter the ATM card number and the daily limit (if required);
    2. Choose OneKlik activation means through m-BCA on BCA mobile or myBCA;
    3. Select or input:
      1. a valid m-BCA Mobile Number if the Customer chooses the OneKlik activation means through m-BCA on BCA mobile;
      2. a valid BCA ID if the Customer chooses the OneKlik activation means through myBCA;for the purpose of sending push notification;
    4. Click on the received push notification display to proceed to the OneKlik activation process on:
      1. m-BCA on the BCA mobile that is connected to the selected or entered m-BCA Mobile Number; or
      2. myBCA that is connected to the selected myBCA;
    5. Select the fund source account (if OneKlik activation is done through myBCA);
    6. Authorize the Merchant and/or other parties that cooperates with the Merchant to provide BCA with instructions to debit the source account for the purpose of transaction settlement.
  • 1 (one) source of fund can only be connected to 1 (one) Consumer’s account/User ID of a Merchant.
  • 1 (one) Consumer’s account/User ID of a Merchant can only be connected to 2 (two) source of funds.
  • Once the OneKlik registration process has been successfully completed, the Customer can immediately make transactions using the Consumer's account/User ID on the Merchant’s website and/or application.
  • Before making a transaction, the Customer must pay regard to the adequacy of the daily limit and the balance in the source account.
  • To change the daily limit through BCA mobile, the Customer must follow these steps:
    1. Select the source of fund connected to OneKlik whose daily limit will be changed on the ‘Atur OneKlik’ sub-menu on m-BCA on BCA mobile;
    2. Enter the new daily limit;
    3. Enter the m-BCA PIN on BCA mobile.
  • To change the daily limit through myBCA, the Customer must follow these steps:
    1. Select the source of fund connected to OneKlik whose daily limit will be changed on the ‘Atur OneKlik’ sub-menu on myBCA;
    2. Enter the new daily limit;
    3. Perform transaction authorization on myBCA.
  • To change the source account through myBCA, the Customer must follow these steps:
    1. Access the Atur OneKlik submenu on myBCA;
    2. Select the fund source account;
    3. Select a new funding source account linked to the Type of Fund Source;
    4. Perform transaction authorization on myBCA.
  • The Customer can lodge complaints about OneKlik with BCA no later than 3 (three) Months from the transaction date.

Fees

  • BCA never directly charges the Customer any transaction fees.
  • The Merchant may charge the Customer an administration fee or a similar fee separately according to the Merchant’s policy.
  • The Customer will bear the SMS costs related to the transmission of the OTP authorization code, the amount of which is determined by each cellular operator according to their respective policy.

Simulation

  • There is no simulation for OneKlik.

Additional Information

  • For security purposes in the transaction processing, BCA and/or the Merchant may at any time request the Customer’s authorization in the form of an OTP code or any other form in accordance with the provisions applicable at BCA.
  • The Customer may request the closure/deletion of the OneKlik account via BCA mobile/myBCA (through the ‘Atur OneKlik’ feature), HaloBCA, the Merchant’s application/website, and other means as may be determined according to the provisions hereafter applicable at BCA.
  • The Bank has the right to change the benefits, fees and charges, risks, including the terms and conditions for this product and/or service, and such change will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with the applicable law. Notice will be given 30 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
  • All other information regarding OneKlik can be accessed on BCA’s official website at www.bca.co.id.
