Supporting Family Well-being: Flexibility and Childcare Facilities
As part of our commitment to employee well-being and to complement our comprehensive parental and family leave policies, we provide temporary on-site childcare facilities (daycare). This initiative is part of our employee-support program that helps our employees to balance their professional and family responsibilities.
These facilities allow parents to drop off their children (aged 6-12) to qualified caregivers from trusted institutions during working hours. Our daycare programs offer engaging and educational activities. Children participate in various group activities, games, arts, and 'me time' sessions with LEGOs or storybooks. Notably, we also incorporate basic financial literacy, teaching them how to earn, save, and spend money wisely.
The most recent daycare program was held during Eid al-Fitr 2026 and served more than 100 children of employees at Menara BCA. This initiative highlights our dedication to fostering a supportive and empowering work environment for all employees.
