Human Rights

Mitigation and Remediation for Sustainable Business

The Due Diligence process at BCA ensures that measures have been developed to prevent human rights violations and reduce the adverse impacts caused by business operations, either directly or indirectly.

Prioritization and Risk Mitigation

BCA evaluates and prioritizes human rights risks from the results of impact identification within the organization and value chain, and determines the main risks to be mitigated. Mitigation efforts that have been carried out include:

Employee & Customer Privacy Rights

Employee & Customer Privacy Rights

BCA faces the risk of misuse of employee and customer personal data due to leaks or accidents that may violate privacy rights. To address this, BCA conducts regular training for employees and supply chains and implements NDA provisions and procurement policies related to data protection.

Investigation and Remediation

Investigation and Remediation

Every report of human rights violations is reviewed by the Anti-Fraud Bureau and investigated to evaluate the issue, its severity, and the responsible parties. BCA is committed to reducing human rights risks and carrying out remediation processes in accordance with regulations through structured steps for workers, suppliers, or victims of violations.

Remediation is a process of improvement or recovery carried out when there is an alleged human rights violation. This process ensures that every report is handled seriously and victims receive the appropriate recovery.
