Sustainable Business Based on Human Rights
Due Diligence Process at BCA
BCA does not stop at commitments on paper. We proactively implement a human rights due diligence process to identify, prevent, and address the potential negative impacts of our business activities.
The due diligence process is carried out systematically:
Risk Identification
Mapping operations, products, and business relationships to identify potential risks of human rights violations.
Assessment & Prioritization
Risks are assessed based on severity and likelihood, then mapped to determine the most significant ones.
Identification of Salient Human Rights Issues
Identifying three priority human rights issues such as the right to privacy, workers' rights in the supply chain, and workers' rights at debtor companies.
Due Diligence as a Key Pillar

BCA has systematically implemented human rights due diligence since 2021 through risk mapping and evaluation across all operations, including procurement, customers, and supply chains. We also utilize the PRISMA platform from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, which in 2023 awarded us a "Green" rating in recognition of our best practices in the banking industry.
