Governance

Sustainability Strategy and Governance

BCA prioritizes comprehensive governance to ensure the effective achievement of its sustainability strategy

Sustainable Finance Action Plan

To support sustainability governance, BCA has a special work unit, Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Subdivision. Sustainability performance is reported periodically to the Director of Planning & Finance and the President Director. In addition, BCA sets sustainability KPIs in each work unit and joint KPIs for the entire Board of Directors, in line with the LST roadmap from the OJK. The sustainability strategy emphasizes three aspects.

Financing of sustainable business activities

Internal Capacity Development

Adjustments to organization, risk management, governance and/or standard operating procedures

Key Performance Indicator

Key Performance Indicators

The implementation and management of sustainability aspects are part of the responsibilities of each work unit, under the supervision of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors. To support the implementation of LST in line with the OJK roadmap, BCA has established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability in each work unit, including joint KPIs for the entire Board of Directors. Through these KPIs, BCA strengthens internal accountability and encourages the consistent implementation of sustainability strategies throughout the organization.
