Jakarta, 19 August 2026 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA” or the “Company”) has allocated IDR3.07 trillion for its third-quarter interim dividend distribution for fiscal year 2026 (FY2026), marking the execution of the Company’s plan to distribute interim dividends up to three times during FY2026.
In the explanation provided by the Board of Directors regarding the allocation of the Company’s net profit at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) on 12 March 2026, the Board informed that for FY2026, subject to the Company’s financial condition, the Board of Directors, with the approval of the Board of Commissioners, may distribute interim dividends up to three times in 2026 on a quarterly basis. This distribution represents the second interim dividend payout, following the first tranche (Q2 FY2026 interim dividend) paid on 26 June 2026.
BCA President Director Hendra Lembong stated that the value of the Q3 FY2026 interim dividend was determined after thorough consideration of the Company’s solid capital position, adequate liquidity, ongoing business expansion across the Company and its subsidiaries, as well as well-maintained asset quality. For subsequent interim dividend plans, the dividend per share amount will continue to be evaluated and adjusted in accordance with the Company’s financial performance and condition.
“We are grateful to fulfill our commitment once again to distribute interim dividends multiple times in FY2026. The higher interim dividend value compared to the previous quarter reflects the Company’s solid performance in the first half of 2026. We hope this milestone serves as a meaningful token of appreciation for our investors, coinciding with the Independence Month of the Republic of Indonesia,” said Hendra Lembong.
As of June 2026, BCA recorded a loan growth of 8.0% year-on-year (YoY), surpassing IDR1,000 trillion for the first time to reach IDR1,036 trillion. This credit expansion was supported by solid funding, with Current Account and Saving Account (CASA) funds rising 10.2% YoY to IDR1,082 trillion. Total net profit for BCA and its subsidiaries reached IDR29.5 trillion in the first semester of 2026.
All interim dividends distributed in FY2026 will be accounted for in the Company’s final dividend for FY2026, which will be disbursed upon obtaining approval at the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2027.
