Jakarta, 7 August 2026 – The registration period for Beasiswa Bakti BCA 2027 from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has officially opened. Beasiswa Bakti BCA is one of BCA's programs that is designed to strengthen human resources and sustainable building in the education sector. The registration period for this program has been open since 3 August and will continue until 30 September 2026, and is open for university students of Bachelor's Degrees (S1) from Public Universities in Indonesia.
According to BCA Director Antonius Widodo Mulyono, Beasiswa Bakti BCA is a program that "BCA believes that education is a long-term investment that plays a key role in the improvement of a nation. The hope is that receivers of Beasiswa Bakti BCA also known as 'Bakti Champions' not only are able to finish their studies well, but can also grow into an adaptive generation with integrity, and are ready to bring a positive impact to society and the Indonesian nation."
Registration for Beasiswa Bakti BCA 2027 is open for students who fulfill the following general requirements:
- An Indonesian citizen who is not yet married
- At a maximum age or below 21 years-old as of 31 December 2026
- An active student of a non-vocational Bachelor's program at a Public University and is currently in their third semester as of registration
- Not currently receiving a different scholarship
- Has a strong sense of social responsibility & commitment to learn, active in organizations/committee work, not currently working full-time and employed by other agencies.
Aside from the general requirements above, there are special criteria for registrants of Beasiswa Bakti BCA in each category available, which are Financial Aid, Academic Achievements, and Non-Academic Achievements. Receivers of Beasiswa Bakti BCA 2027 are entitled to educational funds (allowance and college funds aid), a series of orientation programs such as transformational program, national summit, company visit, financial literacy education, community empowerment initiative "Bakti Champions Movement", as well as becoming part of the alumni network for Beasiswa Bakti BCA in the future.
"Through Beasiswa Bakti BCA, we want to give a wider opportunity for Indonesian university students to continuously improve themselves, both academically and non-academically, so that they are able to optimize their talents and are ready to look toward the future with ample preparation as well as make real contributions for the nation and country," said BCA EVP Corporate Communication & Social Responsibility Hera F. Since 1999, there have been more than 9,200 recipients of BCA's scholarships. Last year, as many as 700 university students were picked to receive Beasiswa Bakti BCA.
