Bringing the Best Digital Experience, BCA Takes Home 6 Prestigious Awards at the Digital CX Awards 2026

Jakarta, 14 July 2026 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) achieves a number of awards at the Digital CX Awards 2026, which was held by the independent publication organization The Digital Banker. The award was presented due to the digital innovations that BCA has made through their myBCA, myBCA Bisnis, and Ocean by BCA platforms, which have been continuously developed to bring a relevant, easy to access experience, and fulfills the needs of its customers.

Digital CX Awards is a global awarding event which evaluates and appreciates financial institutions who make the most stand out, consistent, and massively impactful innovations of the digital customer experience.

BCA President Director Hendra Lembong states that this award has become a motivation for BCA to continue bringing relevant innovations that have a positive impact for all customers.

"We believe that digital transformation should always focus on the needs of the customer. Because of that, BCA continues to develop a range of platforms and digital services that are safe, easy to use, and can bring added value to both individual customers as well as businesses," Hendra said.

At the event, on a national level, myBCA achieved the award of Best Retail Bank for Digital CX – Indonesia, and Ocean by BCA has received the predicate of Highly Acclaimed in the category Best Wholesale/Transaction Bank for Digital CX – Indonesia.

In the Customer Journey/Strategy category, Ocean by BCA proudly achieves the award of Outstanding Use of Digital Channels for Improved CX – Wholesale Banking. This award is recognition of BCA's efforts in optimizing digital channels to increase the experience and comfort of corporate customers when accessing banking services.

BCA has also achieved the award Excellence in Consistent Multi-Language CX in the category Omni Channel, which shows the commitment of the company in bringing a service experience that is consistent and inclusive for customers of various backgrounds through a variety of interactive channels.

Not just at a national level, Ocean by BCA as well as myBCA Bisnis has achieved a regional award as Best Wholesale/Transaction Bank for Digital CX – Southeast Asia and the award Outstanding Digital CX – Cash Management Platform – Southeast Asia in the category Wholesale/Transaction Banking.

In the first quarter of 2026, as many as 99.8% of transactions processed by BCA were digital transactions. As a whole, the total frequency of BCA's transactions has grown by 61% in the past 3 years. In line with that, the number of BCA's customers has reached 34.5 million, which is an 18% growth over the past 3 years.

"This growth has surely been supported by a stable line of corporate and commercial transaction banking through our various applications and platforms, as well as has strengthened BCA's position as a main pillar in the national digital banking and cash management ecosystem," Hendra added.
