Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that South Sulawesi Province’s economic growth grew by 5.43% annually throughout 2025, the highest since the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the drivers of this growth was household consumption, which rose by 4.69% from the same period last year.
