Jakarta, 22 November 2025 – Approximately 1,500 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) took part in the BCA UMKM Fest 2025, held online from 1 July – 17 August and offline from 13 – 17 August. In its fifth edition, the event saw an increase in both transaction value and volume, demonstrating sustained business operations among MSMEs.
Total sales at the BCA UMKM Fest 2025 increased by 19% year-on-year, reaching Rp20.3 billion. Transactions conducted both online and offline reached 134,235, marking a 54.1% rise compared to last year. The event’s success underscores BCA’s strong commitment to supporting the growth of MSMEs as a vital pillar of the Indonesian economy.
BCA Corporate Communication & Social Responsibility EVP Hera F. Haryn stated, “The BCA UMKM Fest 2025 shows that the synergy between banking, technology, and the creativity of MSMEs can yield significant economic impact. This year’s results reaffirm that with the right support, MSMEs can unlock remarkable potential. We remain committed to facilitating their continued growth.”
The three product categories most popular among visitors of the BCA UMKM Fest 2025 were food and beverages, health and beauty, and fashion. The hybrid format effectively boosted sales and broadened the market exposure of MSME products. The BCA UMKM Fest website, together with its online partners, Grab Indonesia and Blibli.com, attracted over 3 million visitors, a 30% year-on-year increase.
This year, the BCA UMKM Fest presented a special program for merchants called the Merchant Appreciation Program. The program recognized the five MSMEs with the best online sales performance. The five awardees for outstanding online performance were Kalimantan Mas, Cuit Baby Wear, Madu Dhatu, Adorable Projects, and Alt.
The majority of MSMEs participating in the event were local product entrepreneurs under the BCA Bangga Lokal program. The event was also held across 34 BCA Main Branch Offices (KCU) nationwide. At the offline event in Gandaria City Mall, BCA featured a dedicated Bakti BCA booth showcasing a range of products from villages supported by the company across Indonesia.
BCA UMKM Fest is one of the company’s initiatives to support MSME development, alongside programs such as BCA UMKM Go Export, halal certification workshops for MSMEs, and BCA Bangga Lokal. As of September 2025, BCA has disbursed Rp129.3 trillion in credit to the MSME sector, reflecting a 7.7% year-on-year growth. BCA is confident that Indonesian MSMEs will continue to grow, move up to higher business levels, and contribute increasingly to the national economy.
