Through the expo.bca.co.id website, visitors can explore their dream property options, consult virtually, apply for a mortgage (KPR), and even run simulations for various desired property units. The platform features more than 150 developers, over 360 projects, 115 brokers, and more than 6,700 property listings across multiple cities. Carrying the spirit of #JadiKejadian, BCA Expo 2025 offers special KPR interest rates starting from 1.65% eff. p.a. fixed for 1 year, along with up to 50% discount on provision fees.

Easy Steps to Run a KPR Simulation on expo.bca.co.id:

- Select the “Produk” Menu and Click “KPR BCA”
- Enter Property Data for Simulation
- Results Will Appear as a Reference

The expo.bca.co.id site can be accessed via browser on mobile phones, tablets, or computers. It serves as the main portal for BCA Expo 2025, featuring information on KPR BCA, BCA Car Loans (KKB), BCA Motorcycle Loans (KSM), and other BCA financial solutions.
On the homepage, select the “Produk” menu and click “KPR BCA”. Here, you’ll find options for property listings, KPR BCA products, KPR simulations, and application forms. To run a simulation, simply click “Simulasi KPR”, which is designed to estimate monthly installments based on your needs, financial capacity, and preferred property.
In the “Simulasi KPR” menu, you can choose the type of KPR product you wish to apply for, such as “Pembelian”,“Refinancing”, or “Renovasi”. You’ll then be prompted to enter property details, such as “Harga Properti” (for Purchase Simulation), “Jumlah Pinjaman” (for Refinancing Simulation), or “Rencana Anggaran Biaya” (for Renovation Simulation), “Down Payment/Uang Muka” (for Purchase Simulation), or “Dana Awal yang Tersedia” (for Renovation Simulation), desired “Jangka Waktu” (tenure) and “Interest Rate (eff. p.a.)”, with various promotional rates available. You can try different scenarios to compare simulation results.
On the right-hand column, the simulation results based on your input will be displayed. This summary outlines the estimated monthly installment for the selected loan amount.

To ease your search, a “Filter” feature is available, allowing you to sort listings by property type, size, and price range. You can also sort listings by price and posting date using the “Urutkan” feature.
BCA Expo 2025 not only offers mortgage promotions but also exciting deals for car loans (KKB), motorcycle loans (KSM), as well as investment and protection products from BCA’s subsidiaries. BCA offers promotional interest rates starting from 1.65% flat p.a. for a 1-year tenure on KKB for new passenger cars. Down payments starting from IDR 800,000 for KSM with flat interest rates from 8% per year are also available, both offline and online.
