BCA’s Excellence in Innovation Earns Gold and Silver from The Internationally Acclaimed Brandon Hall Group


Jakarta, February 4, 2025 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has won Gold and Silver awards in the Technology Excellence Award category at Brandon Hall Group's Excellence in Technology Awards™ 2024.  This achievement strengthens the company's commitment to continuously innovate to provide the best service for customers.

Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Awards™ is an annual event held to appreciate the achievements and innovations of a company or organization in the fields of learning and development, talent management, talent acquisition, human resources (HR), sales enablement, future of work, and education technology. This event involves a jury of experts, experienced industry players, and Brandon Hall Group analysts.

The Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Awards™ winners will be honored at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Summit held in Florida, USA, on January 28-30, 2025. BCA was awarded Gold in the Technology Excellence Award category for the digital workspace innovation “myPartner BCA” and Silver for the Digital Valuation for Collateral Appraisal (DIVA) innovation.

The “myPartner BCA” innovation is a system that serves as an integrated digital workspace for BCA and its partners. This platform facilitates coordination and monitoring of the credit process, from submission to contract preparation. Meanwhile, Digital Valuation for Collateral Appraisal (DIVA) is a machine learning-based innovation that assesses the current market value of land and buildings, which are used as credit collateral by debtors. This innovation makes it easier for the company to determine the price of collateral pledged by prospective debtors when applying for credit.

The innovations of these award winners have been validated as the best in their field.”

BCA's innovations in solving challenges and providing solutions for customers have also been recognized domestically and globally. Most recently, BCA received Gold Achievement in the Service category for its innovation in Debit and Credit Card Waste Management with the Celsius Concept at BCA and Silver Achievement in the Service category for Automating End-of-Program Evaluation with ARVI (Artificial Intelligence and Visualization Tool) at OPEXCON 2024.

In addition, the improvement of Android-based EDC machines (APOS) through the implementation of RIA (Robot Inject APOS), won the Top 3 Global Future Workforce award at the Qorus-Infosys Finacle Banking Innovation Award 2024 in Portugal last October. In addition, GestureCam, the work of BCA's Operational & System Support team, won 1st place in the AI Driven Bot Competition 2024 thanks to its AI-based technology that uses face and gesture recognition to detect sign language, making it easier for people with disabilities to interact with robots.
