Jakarta, August 18, 2024 - This year there is something different about the BCA Expo at ICE BSD, Tangerang Regency. Held from August 16 to 18, 2024, coinciding with the momentum of the 79th Anniversary of Indonesia's independence, BCA Expo 2024 carries the theme of independence. With shades of red and white, BCA Expo 2024 ignites the spirit of independence through a series of activities.
First, the second day of BCA Expo 2024, Saturday (17/8), opened with the national anthem Indonesia Raya. The playing of the Indonesian national anthem was followed by the Board of Directors, all BCA employees and management, tenants, and visitors in a solemn manner. BCA Director Haryanto T. Budiman attended the event and gave a speech. Also present were BCA Expo 2024 Committee Chairman and EVP Consumer Loan Welly Yandoko and BCA Expo 2024 Committee Vice Chairman and Director of BCA Finance Petrus Karim.
In his speech, BCA Director Haryanto T. Budiman said, “None of us fought for Indonesia's independence in 1945. However, it is our duty together to build Indonesia and achieve the goal of Indonesia Emas 2045. BCA is committed to supporting the development of the Indonesian economy as a whole to achieve this target.”
Secondly, to further energize the national spirit, BCA also set up the Pojok Kemerdekaan BCA Expo. This area provides a variety of games that are typical of August 17 celebrations, but combined with technology. All the technologies present in this area are designed to provide an interactive and modern experience, but still rooted in Indonesian culture.
At the Pojok Kemerdekaan BCA Expo, visitors can play a cracker-eating competition, a game that challenges players to use their bodies to move to catch crackers that fall on a glass screen. There were also sack races and marbles that challenged the players' dexterity. The difference is that all of these games are done virtually. In addition, BCA also provides an AI photo booth that can produce photos with the nuances of independence.
Every visitor who participates in all games at the Pojok Kemerdekaan BCA Expo will get attractive prizes from Bakti BCA. In addition to games, visitors can also enjoy a variety of Indonesian snacks at Warung Bakti BCA.
“Coinciding with Indonesia's Independence Day, we hope that the various activities presented at BCA Expo 2024 can strengthen the sense of nationalism and provide new experiences for visitors.
