BCA Wins Best Workplace Award for The Sixth Time in A Row

Jakarta, 8 June 2024 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has won two HR Asia Awards 2024. One of the categories won by BCA is ‘HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia’. This category has been won by BCA for the sixth time in a row. BCA's consistency in implementing best practices in human resource management and employee engagement were the main factors that led BCA to win this award again.

Another category won by BCA was the ‘HR Asia Most Caring Companies Award’, in line with BCA's implementation of practices and policies that prioritize employee welfare. Not only that, BCA also prioritizes a good working environment and culture for all its employees.

HR Asia Award 2024 is an international award given by ‘Business Media International’. It is a business-to-business (B2B) media and events company. "Business Media International also offers business intelligence services for business owners and corporate leaders in Asia.

BCA Director Lianawaty Suwono said, “A good working environment should be an aspect of a company's business, in order to support employee productivity and comfort. We are proud that our commitment and consistency in providing such a work environment has been recognised for six consecutive years. We always instil the work spirit of ‘ONE BCA’ which applies the spirit of ‘One Goal, One Soul, One Joy’ to foster employee productivity in a sense of close kinship."

BCA's achievements for its employees are considered above the average for other companies. This is based on the assessment of the HR Asia Award 2024 which includes a number of assessment parameters. The parameters consist of three aspects, namely CORE (Collective Organisation for Real Engagement), SELF (Heart, Mind, Soul) and GROUP (Think, Feel, Do).

BCA recognises that quality human resources are a valuable asset that must be maintained and developed continuously. A positive work environment will have a positive impact on employee satisfaction. To achieve this goal, BCA has an Employer Value Proposition of Friendly Environment and Continuous Improvement.
