Always Stands by Customer Side, BCA Wins Gallup Customer Engagement Award Three Years in a Row

Jakarta, 13 March 2024 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) once again began the year by achieving the prestigious Customer Engagement Gallup Global award for the third consecutive time. This award was directly received by Mrs. Vera Eve Lim, the Director of BCA, on Friday (23/02).

BCA has become the first and only company in Indonesia to successfully achieve the Gallup Global Customer Engagement Award. BCA has received similar awards in 2021 and 2022. This achievement signifies the company's dedication to providing excellent services to customers by emphasizing the importance of service excellence and customer engagement. According to Gallup International's assessment, a global management consulting firm based in the United States, BCA's Customer Engagement during 2023 reached scores above the global average or above the 90th percentile.

BCA Director Vera Eve Lim said, "This is an international-scale award or recognition for the customer excellence that we have achieved. To achieve this, we must reach the 90th percentile among all other global companies. Hopefully, our service to customers will continue to improve day by day so that it always remains the image of BCA for the future of the company, amidst extraordinary banking competition."

Gallup International evaluates that BCA has successfully gained customers' trust through its excellent services available both in branch offices and via digital banking, offering transactional convenience and 24-hour availability. In addition to transactional convenience, BCA is assessed to have reliable human resources capabilities, continually enhanced through various effective development programs. The overall ease and convenience of transactions result in a high Customer Engagement Score.

Gallup CEO Jon Clifton conveyed that BCA's consistency is worthy of achieving this award. “This award is one of the most difficult to achieve, let alone maintain. Therefore, it is not by accident that BCA continues to strive to be the best and achieve the desired results. Congratulations to all who have contributed to this award," said Jon Clifton.

For your information, the Gallup Customer Engagement Survey is an annual survey conducted by Gallup International to evaluate companies' performance in building strong relationships with their customers. The results of this survey are used as the basis for awarding prestigious accolades to companies that successfully maintain customer loyalty and enhance their satisfaction.
