This figure reflects a 5% increase compared to the cash prepared by BCA for the previous year’s Nataru period. Therefore, BCA will remain ready 24 hours to serve customers’ needs for transactions through digital services available in myBCA application, BCA mobile, KlikBCA internet banking, and the BCA Setor-Tarik ATM network.

Moreover, customers can leverage the Lifestyle feature on BCA mobile to seamlessly book and pay for airplane tickets, trains, movie theaters, tour packages to the Bakti BCA’s Assisted Villages, and various attractions and recreation options.
Recently, BCA added the BCA Paylater feature to myBCA application, providing a credit facility for alternative payments through QRIS scans. The aim is for this feature to complement the well-established credit card facility, catering to the diverse needs of customers during the Nataru holiday period.

Kasih No!” awareness movement, rejecting anything lacking a clear source or credibility that has the potential to pose a threat to customers from various cyber crimes.
