Jakarta, 15 December 2023 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) strives to support various government programs, one of the ways by playing a role as a distribution partner for Government Bonds (SBN). At the end of the year 2023, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia awarded nine awards to BCA as the Best Partner in Distributing and Primary Dealer of State Securities for 2022 and 2023.
The awards were presented by the Director General of Financing and Risk Management the Ministry of Finance Suminto to Senior Executive Vice President of Treasury & International Banking BCA Branko Windoe, on Thursday (14/12).
The nine awards received by BCA include:
- Best Retail State Bond Distribution Partner in 2022
- Best Conventional Commercial Bank Category Retail SBSN Distribution Partner in 2022
- Best Retail State Bond Distribution Partner in 2023
- Best Retail SBSN Distribution Partner in 2023
- Best Primary Dealer of State Bonds with Best Performance in 2022
- Best Primary Dealer of State Bonds with Best Performance in the Secondary Market in 2022
- Best Primary Dealer of State Bonds with Best Performance in 2023
- Best Primary Dealer of State Bonds with Best Performance in the Secondary Market in 2023
- Best SBSN Primary Dealer in 2023
"BCA is committed to support government in national development and providing service excellence to customers as the Primary Dealer and SBN Distribution Partner. As the Distribution Partner of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, BCA sees a positive trend in SBN investment due to the increasing financial literacy of the public and customers, as well as a growing awareness of the importance in investing.
As of September 2023, more than 40% YoY growth in Asset Under Management (AUM) for customer products such as Mutual Funds and Bonds. Throughout 2023, BCA has sell 7 Retail SBSNs with a transaction value exceeding IDR 40 trillion.

BCA customers can invest in Mutual Funds, Bonds, and SBN through the Welma feature in the myBCA application. For information regarding market, investment education, and investment events, customers can access 'Wealth Insight' in the Notifications menu on myBCA. BCA is constantly innovating to support and facilitate investment for customers."
