Jakarta, 24 November 2023 - As part of commitment to help form the backbone of Indonesia's digital economy, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) held Demo Day BCA SYNRGY Accelerator 2023 with the theme "Synergize for Startup Success". The event, which was held offline on Thursday (23/11), was the culmination of a series of BCA SYNRGY Accelerator 2023 programs that have successfully provided guidance to potential startups in Indonesia. Taking place at SYNRGY Coworking Space, Manhattan Square, Jakarta, the event is expected to inspire startups to continue to advance, develop, and have a positive impact on digital economic transformation in Indonesia.

Demo Day BCA SYNRGY Accelerator 2023 is a place for startups participating in BCA SYNRGY Accelerator 2023 to show off as the backbone of the digital economy."
Demo Day BCA SYNRGY Accelerator 2023, will be attended by 7 startups participating in the BCA SYNRGY Accelerator program, namely CrediBook, D3 Labs, Hear Me, Indieomnipos, JARIVIS, Ravelware, and Zeals Asia. In the pitching session, they showcased their business products and services live to the audience and the judges. The judges were qualified individuals who have worked in the digital economy sector, namely Project Manager of BCA SYNRGY Accelerator Erich Sunarta, CEO of Akar Inti Enterprise Astari Kartika, and Value Creation and Synergy Associate of Central Capital Ventura Nandyasa Putri.
In addition to pitching sessions by BCA SYNRGY Accelerator 2023 participants, the Demo Day also featured a panel discussion session attended by panelists with experience in the startup world and the digital economy, namely Director of Central Capital Ventura Adi Prasetyo, CEO & Co-Founder of Kumpul.Id Faye Wongso, and Founder & CEO of DailySocial Rama Mamuaya, moderated by BCA Vice President Digital Innovation Solutions Samuel Tjung.
Aware of the importance of the development of the digital ecosystem in Indonesia, BCA has been implementing the SYNRGY Accelerator program since 2019 and focuses on fostering start-ups. This program is a startup assistance program, ranging from mentoring, workshops, community events, business matching, inter-startup networking sessions to the BCA Group itself.
From six batches conducted, SYNRGY Accelerator has graduated 79 startups from more than 725 applicants and created more than 15 collaborations. In addition to excellent mentoring, the opportunity to collaborate between start-ups and the BCA ecosystem is a key strength of the SYNRGY Accelerator program. BCA continues to encourage young people in the startup ecosystem to continue to create technology-based innovations and ground the solutions to the public both nationally and internationally.
