The Brandon Hall Group has acknowledged the Bank Central Asia Leader Acceleration program for its consistent support in developing BCA employees and making a positive impact on both the company and society. This award highlights BCA’s commitment to improving the capacity and capability of its employees, empowering them to become leaders.
