BCA recently introduced a cash management solution for Perumda Air Drinking Tirta Bukit Sulap, located in Lubuklinggau city. By collaborating with BCA, the residents of Lubuklinggau city can conveniently pay their PDAM bills through BCA ATMs. BCA plans to expand payment options for this service by introducing other BCA e-channels in the future.
The cooperation ceremony between BCA and Perumda Tirta Bukit Sulap Drinking Water was held on Tuesday (10/01). The event was attended by Royani Karundeng, the Head of BCA KCU Lubuklinggau; Nur Hidayat, the Head of Operations of BCA Lubuklinggau Branch; and Hadi Purwanto, the Main Director of Perumda Air Drinking Tirta Bukit Sulap, Lubuklinggau City.
"This payment facility is expected to improve customer experience by strengthening digitization capacity in paying bills for Perumda Air Drinking Tirta Bukit Sulap, Lubuklinggau city. BCA has always played an integral role in driving Indonesia's economic development by providing financial support, funding, and digital financial services to promote business activities in key sectors,” said Royani.
BCA has collaborated with various PDAMs across different regions such as Bogor, Bandung, Purwakarta, Cianjur, Tarakan, Pontianak, Palembang, Belitung, Sukabumi, Jayapura, among others, to provide convenient payment options for water bills through BCA ATMs and e-channels. Initially, the residents of Lubuklinggau city can pay their PDAM bills through BCA ATMs by following these steps: select the Other Transactions menu, choose Payment, select PAM, input the PAM code and Pay Number, confirm the payment, and the transaction will be completed.
