BCA Receives Customer Excellence Award from Gallup Customer Engagement Survey 2021, Thanks to Its Commitment to Service Excellence

Jakarta, February 16th, 2022 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk's (BCA) commitment to service excellence and innovations has brought in several prestigious recognitions. Thanks to its outstanding Customer Excellence, BCA has recently been honored to receive a special recognition from Gallup International, with the bank crossing into the 90th percentile of Gallup’s Global Customer Engagement database. The recognition was handed over to BCA's Board of Directors in a virtual meeting on Thursday (Feb 10th).

This recognition is a proof our commitment to maintaining the best product and service for our customers. Prioritizing service excellence and customer satisfaction have brought this award to us," said BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja.

Customer Engagement is an important aspect for BCA as it strives for customer satisfaction. As a bank serving millions of people, customer satisfaction has become a benchmark for the improvement of human resource and front desk personnel responsible for serving our customers in face-to-face setting.

The Gallup Customer Engagement Survey is annually commenced to benchmark the business performance of global companies and evaluate how well they can foster a good workplace culture. Gallup's recognition will further motivate BCA to keep doing the best for all customers throughout Indonesia. In the February 10th virtual meeting, Gallup presented the recognition to BCA's Board of Directors, Division Head, and Regional Offices Head and briefly discussed the 2021 Customer Engagement Survey conducted across all branch offices. Being recognized for its astounding performance, BCA proves it is more than capable of serving customers and maintaining a good relationship with them.
