In addition to branch services, customers may also utilize BCA’s 24 hours electronic channel services, such as ATM BCA, Internet Banking (KlikBCA), and Mobile Banking (m-BCA). For customers wishing to deposit cash, they may use BCA Deposit-Withdrawal ATMs scattered in many locations.
“A few weeks prior to Eid, BCA has prepared cash for customers who received Eid Bonus, are going to travel, as well as for other needs throughout the holidays. This year, we have prepared around Rp 35 trillion," said BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja.
BCA also offers ease and convenience for customers on holiday with Flazz BCA electronic money payment facilities at a number of toll roads, as well as the BCA’s wide network of Deposit-Withdrawal ATM machines, aimed to make customers feel that "BCA is always by your side,” Jahja further explained.
