The achievement is recognized Top Brand Award 2016 held by Frontier Consulting Group and Majalah Marketing at Ballroom Hotel Mulia, Jakarta (2/2), where BCA took home 7 awards.
Head of Halo BCA Wani Sabu, BCA Internet and Mobile Banking Development Senior Manager Fera Agustina, BCA Savings Product Manager Irwan Prabawa, BCA Card Center Promotion and Communication Senior Manager I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya, and Card Center Product Feature Development Senior Manager Sandra Kirana Prawirohardjo attended the event where BCA took first place in the Saving Account (Tahapan BCA), Credit Card, Prepaid Card (Flazz), Call Center (Halo BCA), Mobile Banking (m-BCA), Internet Banking (Klik BCA) and Deposit Account categories.

With these new developments, BCA solidifies its position to serve an exponentially growing rate of transactions that follows improving business activities and economic growth in Indonesia. Our well-targeted products and services for customers have brought us various awards, one of which is Top Brand Award,” remarked Wani Sabu.
Top Brand Award is an award that recognizes the best brands in Indonesia based on consumer survey around the country. A national scale survey was conducted to evaluate brand performance within three parameters: mind share, market share, and commitment share, which together form brand strength indicator Top Brand Index (TBI). Last year’s 11-city survey was expanded to include 15 large cities in Indonesia: Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Medan, Makasar, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Yogyakarta, Malang, Manado and Banjarmasin involving a total of 14.000 respondents. BCA products earned satisfactory TBI based on the survey.
The award is not a first for BCA. In 2014, BCA took home eight awards from Top Brand Award, including first place in Saving Account (Tahapan BCA), Credit Card, Deposit Account, m-Banking, Internet Banking, Call Center (Halo BCA), Prepaid Card (Flazz), and second place in Home Ownership Loans categories.
