Supporting Home and Vehicle Ownership, BCA Expo is Officially Held

Jakarta, 11 November 2017 – Sixty years serving and giving meaning to Indonesia, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is committed to Be Better in 2017 in order to realize the vision to become Indonesia’s leading bank of choice, with an essential role in becoming the main pillar of Indonesia’s economy. One of them is by holding BCA Expo in ICE BSD City, which features a series of interesting promos for BCA products and its subsidiaries, as well as providing a one-stop-service where customers can find various motor vehicle and property dealers on one occasion. 

BCA Expo will be held for 2 days, 11-12 November 2017, and directly inaugurated by President Director BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja and President Director of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk Ridwan Darmali and witnessed by the management of BCA and its subsidiaries as well as the management of Sinar Mas Land. 

“In terms of financing, the world of property and automotive are no strangers to BCA. The BCA Expo, which is held today and tomorrow, allows the public and BCA group customers to access many interesting programs from BCA’s mainstay products. Not only that, interesting program from Sinar Mas Land products are also available, including dream house from Sinar Mas Land projects with special interest rate. This is certainly a plus point for customers who are looking for property in other cities,” said Jahja. 

Director of BCA Finance Petrus Karim added, “During the expo, BCA Finance offers ease of obtaining vehicle of your dream with super special installment rate, starts from 3.00% for 12-month tenor and 3.5% for 36-month tenor, with minimum initial payment of 30%. Today and tomorrow, customers and the public can see more than 120 display car units and perform test drive,” added Petrus. 

Here are some interesting promos available at the BCA Expo:

  1. Discount up to 50% for Food and Beverage for transactions using BCA Credit Card;
  2. BCA Sekuritas offers free transaction fee for the first 3 months specified for the opening of a brokerage account;
  3. BCA Life offers a bundling upgrade promo for Personal Accident type insurance up to Rp 50 million for KKB BCA application;
  4. BCA Syariah provides direct prizes for account opening, subsidized for the opening of Tahapan Rencana iB, and Lucky Dip for minimum transaction of Rp500 ribu at BCA Syariah booths;
  5. BCA Insurance offers a bundling upgrade promo for the Riot insurance, Strike & Civil Commotion (RSCC) and Third Party Liability (TPL) up to Rp5 mil for KKB BCA application;
  6. Access to Lounge Solitaire and Prioritas BCA by showing your BCA Solitaire or Prioritas card. 

Jahja said that KPR and KKB have a positive long-term growth potential. “As a leading bank in consumer banking, including vehicle and home financing, BCA always strives to provide ease for customers in obtaining a vehicle and house of their dream through interesting promos, which would be shortsighted not to consider,” added Jahja. 

BCA saw significant growth in outstanding mortgages in Third Quarter 2017. In consumer loan portfolio, KPR grew 26.8% YoY to Rp 78.8 triliion. Not only KPR, KKB also increased by 11.4% YoY to Rp 38.5 trillion as of September 2017. 

‘Price Lock’ Sinar Mas Land Latest Innovation

Sinar Mas Land Price Lock is Sinar Mas Land’s latest year-end sales program. On this occasion, Sinar Mas Land is also working with Indonesia’s leading bank, BCA, to facilitate payment and transaction. Price Lock is divided into two periods, which is available from 3 October until 31 December 2017. The program aims to provide the best benefits and offers for all of Sinar Mas Land loyal customers. Products included in Price Lock program are property products that have been launched by Sinar Mas Land. All Sinar Mas Land porjects, such as residential projects in Jakarta, BSD City, Balikpapan, Batam, Cibubur, and commercial buildings, including Aerium, Akasa, Kota Wisata, Wisata Bukit Mas, Legenda Wisata, Banjar Wijaya, Grand City Balikpapan, Southgate, Casa De Parco, Taman Permata Buana, Navapark, The Elements, Klaska Residence, The Icon Business Park, Pasar Modern, Deltamas, Pesona Wisata Dunia Balikpapan and Nuvasa Bay Batam. 

Price Lock opens up the opportunity for consumers to pay a 15% Down Payment in October – December 2017, where payment can be paid in 24 installments in October, 12 installments in November and 6 installments in December. Consumers may take a “leave” since the remaining 85% will only be paid in January 2020. In addition, if a consumer settled before January 2019, they will get an additional discount of 5%.

When we save money before purchasing a new home, by the time we finish and pull out the money to buy the property, the price must have gone up, not to mention unexpected additional expenses that may hamper our dream to buy them.
