Providing Ease to Customers, BCA Offers to Open Tahapan BCA Savings without Passbook

Jakarta, 16 October 2018 – The rapid growth of digital technology and development brought changes in various sectors, including in the banking sector. Today, financial technology innovation is not only centered on internal banking, but also penetrates the customers. BCA has started to implement such innovation by providing the customers with an option to open a Tahapan BCA savings account without passbook. Starting on Friday (07/09), customers who wish to open a Tahapan BCA are given an option to only own a debit card, without a passbook. Previously, customers who open a Tahapan BCA savings account will automatically obtain a passbook and debit card.

“This is certainly suitable for customers who prioritize practicality in managing funds and performing transactions. Customers can still access their account information through KlikBCA Individu or BCA mobile. You can also download e-Statement via KlikBCA Individu, which stores customer mutation data for the past 24 months. As for BCA mobile, can only provide account mutation within maximum of the last 31 days,” explained Senior Vice President of Transaction Banking Business Development BCA, I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya.

Customers can also enjoy the ease of access by using VIRA, Virtual Assistant Chat Banking BCA, that can be accessed via popular chatting applications such as Kaskus Chat, Facebook Messenger, LINE, and Google Assistance. Through VIRA, you can perform various banking transactions, including check your balance, account mutation, credit card information, and administration as well as information about BCA promotion programs.
