BCA Always by Customer’s Side Throughout End of Year Holiday Season 2019

Jakarta, 17 December 2019 – Throughout the holiday season of Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) always provides the best services in catering to customer’s banking needs.

Besides branch offices, custoemers can still use e-banking BCA to access services at ease, from anywhere, at any time, such as KlikBCA and BCA mobile as well as more than 17,500 ATM BCA machines. For cash deposit services, customers can still utilize BCA Cash-Withdraw ATM, available 24 hours a day.

Customers in Jakarta and Surabaya can also utilize myBCA digital branch that remains open throughout the holiday season of Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020. Located at malls, myBCA digital branches are available from Monday-Sunday at 10.00-22.00.

“End of Year Holiday Season 2019 becomes more practical, various BCA digital-based banking solutions are available to serve customers. For example, now customers can perform cardless cash withdrawals at ATM BCA machines. It is simple to do so. Simply use the Cardless and Cash Withdrawal feature on BCA Mobile app,” explained Jahja.

By using these features, you will get unique codes to access ATMs that serve cardless cash withdrawal transactions. And then, enter your phone number and cash withdrawal code, then you will get your money. Besides that, you can also perform cardless cash deposit. You can withdraw and deposit money starting from Rp50 thousand.

Anticipating the needs of cash during this holiday period, BCA has prepared Rp46.6 trillion in cash.
