Jakarta, 12 July 2019 – PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) sign a cooperation agreement with PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) as Administrator Bank for Customer Fund Account (RDN) and Payment Bank for the period of 2019-2024 in support of the development of capital markets in Indonesia. In addition to that, BCA Syariah was also appointed as an Administrator Bank for RDN.
Attending the signing ceremony was Executive Vice President of Cash Management of BCA Rusdianti Salim, President Director of KSEI Uriep Budhi Prasetyo, Director of KSEI Supranoto Prayogo, Director of KSEI Syariffudin, and other banking management in Jakarta, Friday (12/07). Besides BCA, there are 15 other banking institutions appointed as Administrator Banks for RDN and Payment Banks.
Rusdianti said that BCA welcomed the appointment as a Payment Bank & Administrator Bank for RDN. BCA’s participation this time reflects its effort to develop infrastructure for settlement of transactions in capital market. The cooperation between BCA and KSEI is expected to strengthen the synergy that has been built between the banks and capital market.
Previously, BCA’s collaboration with KSEI has been going on since 2005. And since 2012, BCA has been appointed to become one of the Administrator Bank for RDN. To support customer transactions in capital market, BCA has provided various supporting facilities, such as balance information and RDN mutation that can be easily accessed from BCA Mobile and KlikBCA as well as e-statement sent to customer’s email address. Besides, BCA also provides AKSes KSEI facility on KlikBCA.
Currently, BCA is working with many Securities Companies (PE) to provide Securities Account (RE) and RDN BCA online. “BCA will continue to develop facilities on its channels to provide service excellence to investors and convenience in monitoring RDN and securities account through BCA channels,” Rusdianti concluded.
