Jakarta, 17 May 2019 – Ramadhan is a special moment that shares the spirit of togetherness while at the same time strengthening a relationship bond. Welcoming the holy month, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), through Halo BCA, organizes Sahur On the Road, an event initiated as a platform to spirit of Ramadhan with 500 orphans from Bahrul Ulum Tangerang.
Attending the A Decade of Sahur On the Road with Halo BCA 2019 was Executive Vice President Center of Digital of BCA Wani Sabu with 500 orphans from Bahrul Ulum Tangerang in Tangerang, Friday (17/05). The event also features Dance Halo BCA, Voice of Halo BCA and guest star Sheila On7.
“BCA recognizes the diversity of the Indonesian society, which consisting of various tribes and religions. In this holy month, we would like to embrace such pluralistic and diverse society and turn it into unity, and build an even closer kinship. This time, BCA organizes a more simple event by inviting 500 orphans to Sahur on the Road to share the happiness of Ramadhan,” explained Wani.
Sahur On the Road is an annual social activity and it marks its 10th year this year. In 2019, BCA comes up with a fun charity concept that invite orphans to share sahur meal together while enjoying show performances from the guest stars.
“For 10 long years, BCA has consistently shared happiness in the holy month of Ramadhan through the Sahur On the Road. BCA hopes to be able to continue these positive activities in the coming years. And hopefully it can strengthen friendship and increase tolerance among religious people in Indonesia,” Wani concluded.
