BCA Launched Synergy with Regional Public Drinking Water Enterprise Tirta Mukti Cianjur in Providing Payment Solution

Cianjur, 30 September 2021 – The commitment of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) in providing service excellence to all of their customers is constantly manifested through various initiatives. After successfully providing payment solution for Regional Drinking Water Enterprises in many regions in Indonesia, this time BCA cooperate with Regional Public Drinking Water Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as “Perumda Air Minum”) Tirta Mukti Cianjur. This collaboration resulted in cash management solution for the payment of PDAM for the people of CIanjur through BCA’s e-channel, which is currently started with ATM BCA.

Ceremony for cooperation between BCA and Perumda Tirta Mukti Cianjur was conducted on Wednesday (29/09). Attending the said ceremony were the Head of General Branch Office (KCU) Cianjur Khema Budy, Managing Director of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mukti Cianjur Budi Karyawan, and Managing Director of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mukti Cianjur Achmad Akbar. This ceremony was also attended by the management of BCA KCU Cianjur.

“As part of the national banking scene, we are always ready to provide a range of financial solutions, including the payment of PDAM bill. It is our responsibility to provide a solution that accommodates our customer’s needs. By collaborating with Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mukti Cianjur, we provide convenience and comfort to the people of Cianjur which can be used as a one-stop-solution,’’ said Khema Budy.

For your information, previously BCA has also cooperated with Regional Public Drinking Water Enterprises in many regions in Indonesia, such as Bandung, Bogor, Karawang, and other regions in order to provide convenience of transaction for their customers through BCA’s e-channel. In addition to convenience, the payment through ATM BCA is also more practical and efficient because it only takes a few steps. BCA customers simply have to select ‘Other Transaction’ menu, ‘Payment’, then select ‘PAM’, put the PAM’s code, press the Payment Number, confirm payment, and the transaction will succeed.

‘‘BCA saw the potential from the large amount of transaction between customer and Perumda, so we initiate the cash management solution. This allows the customer to pay PDAM bill through BCA’s e-channel. Hopefully this would improve the public discipline in the payment of PDAM bill,”’ said Khema Budy.
