Offering Customer Service Excellence, BCA Relocates KCP Talang Banjar

Jambi, 19 April 2021 – In order to provide ease and comfort to customers, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) relocated Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Talang Banjar. The new location of KCP Talang Banjar is now at Jl. Orang Kayo Pingai, Talang Banjar, East Jambi.

KCP Talang Banjar operates in its new office building as of 19 April 2021. The inauguration ceremony of the new office was marked by cutting ribbon, which was performed by a representative of Bank Indonesia A. Pandu Irawan and a representative of the OJK Tri Reswanti, accompanied by  the Head of Main Branch Office (KCU) Jambi Sewaka Kosasih Muljadi and Head of KCP Talang Banjar M. Ali Arsyad, in Jambi, Monday (19/4). Also attending the ceremony was Camat (District Head) of East Jambi Rieke Varadiyen, and guests, following health and safety protocols.

Sewaka said that digitalization offers ease, comfort and speed, especially in times when the practice of physical distancing is mandatory. However, BCA believes that the branch office has irreplaceable role. Intense humanist and personal face-to-face communication between the banks and customers can ensue at the branch representation.

BCA is Always by Your Side, not only through a gadget or application, but also by building communication, affability, and direct interaction with customers. Further-more, Sewaka said that BCA continues to implement strict health protocols such as the mandatory use of masks, hand sanitizer, and temperature checks for all employees and customers at BCA branch premises.

“The Sub-Branch’s presence gives assurance that BCA genuinely wants to prioritize customer needs, and provide a great comfort, ease, and security to customers. BCA hopes to help meet the various needs of financial services and transactions as well as supporting positive economic growth in this area,” said Sewaka.

As is known, KCP KCP Talang Banjar adds to the 1,248 branch offices scattered all across Indonesia, 17,623 ATMs as well as transactions made over the 24-hr internet and mobile banking systems. And as of December 31st 2020, the Bank has processed transactions from 32 million customer accounts.
