Jakarta, January 2021 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) implements provisions for the use of a IDR10,000 (ten thousand rupiah) stamp duty in accordance with regulations set by the government. BCA will also adjust the application of the stamp duty on documents that must be stamped.
On October 26, 2020, the President of the Republic of Indonesia has ratified Law Number 10 of 2020 concerning Stamp Duty (“Stamp Duty Law”). Through this ratification, the single stamp duty tariff is set to be IDR10,000 (ten thousand rupiah) from the previous 2 (two) tariffs, namely IDR3,000 (three thousand rupiah) and IDR6,000 (six thousand rupiah). The new stamp duty tariff is effective from January 1, 2021.
For 1 (one) year after the Stamp Duty Law comes into effect, until December 31, 2021, the public can still use the old printed version of the stamp duty with the total value of the old printed version of the stamp duty which must be affixed to the document at a minimum of IDR9,000 (nine thousand rupiah). Documents that are due for stamp duty made before January 1, 2021, still follow the old stamp duty provisions.

Letter of Agreement and Statement
- Notary Deed and Land Title Registrar Deed
- Securities, including stocks, bonds, checks, transfer form, deposits
- Securities Transaction Documents
- Futures Contract Transaction Documents
- Tender documents
- Document stating the amount of money with a nominal value of more than IDR5,000,000.00 (five million rupiah) stating the receipt of money or containing an acknowledgment that part or all of the debt has been paid/calculated
