Jakarta, 1 April 2020 – In support of the government recommendation for a #stayathome and #workfromhome order as well as promoting the non-cash movement as an effort to tackle covid-19 pandemic, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has made GoPay balance top-up free of charge and 50% discount for LinkAja balance top-up during the period of 1 – 30 April 2020.
Customers who utilize OneKlik feature or top up GoPay using BCA mobile and other e-Banking BCA channels will get a Rp1,000 cashback credited to their GoPay balance.
Furthermore, there is a 50% discount or Rp500 for LinkAja top-ups using BCA mobile, KlikBCA and ATM BCA. To top up your LinkAJa balance, go to “Top Up Balance” menu on LinkAja app (Top Up Balance > Transfer from Bank > Bank BCA).
“Under these delicate situations, we continuously encourage our customers to maximize non-cash transactions using BCA channels, including Mobile Banking and Internet Banking in support of physical distancing order. We hope that the fee-free GoPay top-up and 50% LinkAJa top up fees may serve as a collective movement to minimize physical contact while making transactions to fulfill our daily needs,” said Director of BCA Santoso in Jakarta, Wednesday (01/04).
Santoso added, BCA has also increased individual transfer limits via KlikBCA Individu from Rp100 million per day to Rp250 million per day. The policy is valid until May 31st, 2020, for transfers between BCA accounts and interbank transfers. This was done in order to support the #BankingFromHome movement to ensure that BCA customers can continue to carry out remote various banking transactions as needed.
