Starting September 2, 2026, BCA will enhance its services regarding the delivery of notifications and information related to BCA Credit Card services. Whereas information was previously sent via email or SMS, customers will now receive notifications via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. This change is expected to make it easier for customers to access BCA Credit Card service information through a wider variety of communication channels.
To ensure that the information received comes from an official BCA channel, customers should verify the Bank BCA WhatsApp account. BCA Credit Card service notifications via WhatsApp will be sent through Bank BCA’s official WhatsApp account at 08111500998. Make sure the account has a blue checkmark (verified) to indicate that it is an official Bank BCA account.
Customers are also urged to always be vigilant against various scams carried out in the name of BCA. Never provide confidential banking information, such as a card number, PIN, CVV/CVC, card expiration date, or OTP code to anyone else.
