We would like to express our gratitude for trusting PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (hereinafter referred to as “BCA”) as the Mutual Fund Selling Agent (hereinafter referred to as “APERD”).

In connection with the subscription/auto-subscription fee adjustment plan for Bahana Pendapatan Tetap Makara Prima Kelas G Mutual Fund (hereinafter referred to as “Bahana Makara Prima Mutual Fund”), we would like to inform the following:

1. There will be a change in the subscription/auto-subscription fee for customers who conducted subscription/auto-subscription of Bahana Makara Prima Mutual Fund through BCA branch offices that serve Mutual Fund transaction effective as of 9^th March 2026, with the following details:

2. Referring to point 1 above, for each transaction of:

1. subscription of Bahana Makara Prima Mutual Fund received by BCA branch offices that serve Mutual Fund transaction on 6^th March 2026 after cut-off time (13.00 WIB); and
2. ongoing auto-subscription transaction conducted through BCA branch offices that serve Mutual Fund transaction, which is debited from 9^th March 2026 onwards;

will be subject to the subscription/auto-subscription fee after changes of 1% (one percent) of the transaction amount.

Note: Application for changes or termination of the ongoing auto-subscription transaction of Bahana Makara Prima Mutual Fund can be conducted through BCA branch offices that serve Mutual Fund transaction.

3. This subscription/auto-subscription fee changes will not result in any modification of the strategy and features of the Bahana Makara Prima Mutual Fund that is currently implemented.
