Dear BCA Customers,
To improve the convenience of transactions with BCA e-Banking, starting February 18, 2025, there will be a change to the minimum operating system requirement for myBCA app users on iOS (iPhone), which will be updated to a minimum of iOS version 15.
In addition, changes will also apply to Android users. Starting February 2026, the minimum operating system requirement for myBCA, BCA mobile, and KeyBCA users will be Android OS version 8. Complete information can be found in the table below:

With this change, users of BCA e-Banking applications who are still using iOS versions below 15 or Android OS versions below 8 will no longer be able to update BCA e-Banking applications to the latest version.
Therefore, to continue enjoying the latest features of myBCA, BCA mobile, and KeyBCA, please update your device to meet the minimum operating system requirements.
