Dear BCA Customers,
SMS Notification service is useful for helping customers receive transaction information directly via SMS.
However, unfortunately, there are several customer mobile phone numbers that have not been able to receive these SMS messages for a considerable period of time.
This may be because numbers are no longer active, are in a grace period, or customers have not updated their numbers.
Therefore, effective February, 2 2026, we would like to inform you that SMS Notification service will be discontinued for customers who have failed to receive SMS notifications from BCA for the past 12 months.
To receive updates on transactions, customers can use notifications through myBCA.
