We would like to thank you for trusting PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (hereinafter referred to as “BCA”) as the Mutual Fund Selling Agent (hereinafter referred to as “APERD”).
Referring to the letter from PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen as the Investment Manager (hereinafter referred to as “Batavia”) which manages Batavia Dana Kas Maxima Mutual Fund (hereinafter referred to as “BDKM Mutual Fund”) to BCA, we would like to inform the following matters:
- Batavia plans to replace the Custodian Bank for BDKM Mutual Fund from the previous PT Bank HSBC Indonesia to PT Bank Central Asia Tbk.
- The Custodian Bank replacement plan for BDKM Mutual Fund has been notified to the Financial Services Authority (hereinafter referred to as "OJK") and will be implemented after Batavia receives approval/no objection response/other equivalent response from the OJK/has complied with the applicable OJK regulations.
- The Custodian Bank replacement for BDKM Mutual Fund does not affect your ownership of BDKM Mutual Fund nor the transaction process for BDKM Mutual Fund as previously carried out at BCA as APERD. You may continue to conduct BDKM Mutual Fund transactions through the Investment Feature on myBCA Application or through the nearest BCA branch that provides Mutual Fund transaction services.
- Further information regarding the implementation of Custodian Bank replacement for BDKM Mutual Fund will be communicated to you through the official communication channel of BCA, once BCA has received confirmation and further information from Batavia.
