In line with the latest market developments, banking services for BCA customers in Hong Kong, previously provided through BCA Finance Limited, have been transitioned to BCA's digital channels. Various banking services, such as money transfers, foreign exchange purchases, account opening and deposits, and checking transactions, have been transformed into the myBCA digital app.
In line with the digital transformation program, BCA Finance Limited Hong Kong will no longer accept manual transactions at the counter starting October 1, 2024. Staff at the BCA Finance Limited Hong Kong office will continue to assist customers in utilizing various banking features on myBCA until October 30, 2024.
