To increase convenience in transactions, we will inform you as of January 12 2024, if you experience a rejection of a foreign exchange transfer to another bank account (outward remittance) for a same currency transaction*, the funds will be automatically returned to the fund source account and a refund notification will be sent. through:
- The email that the customer entered during the transaction at the branch
- email registered on the customer's e-channel (if transactions are via myBCA and KlikBCA)
*The currency of the fund source is the same as the transaction currency
