The Business Sub Account Rupiah is a BCA product designed to help business customers monitor and manage their finances through Rupiah-denominated sub-accounts.
Features of the Business Sub Account Rupiah
Business customers can access the Business Sub Account Rupiah product through myBCA Bisnis. Business customers can maintain up to 1,000 sub accounts under a single main account.
This product offers a wide range of features designed to help you manage your business finances.
Business Sub Account Rupiah Settings
This feature enables business customers to create sub accounts for makers and releasers within their organization. Please follow the instructions below:
Creating a Sub Account for Sysadmin Maker
- The Sysadmin maker logs in to myBCA Bisnis
- Click “Business Sub Account Settings”
- Then, click the '+ Create Sub Account' button under the Business Sub Account menu
- Enter the sub account name, email address, and function
- Connect with the desired users and features
- After that, a confirmation page will appear. Click 'Send' if all details are correct.
Creating a Sub Account for the Sysadmin Releaser
- Select 'Authorization List'
- You will then be redirected to the 'Authorization Page'
- Please review the transaction details. If everything is correct, you will need to approve the Summary and Services, along with the Product Terms
- Next, the input appli 2 and authorization were successful
In addition to creating sub accounts, myBCA Bisnis system administrators can view, modify, and delete them.
Business Sub Account Rupiah Transactions
Once the Business Sub Account Rupiah is successfully created, it can be used in myBCA Bisnis for various transactions, such as fund transfers, balance inquiries, and access to transaction history and eStatements.
How to transfer funds from your BCA account (maker)
- Access the ‘Transfer’ menu
- Please select the ‘Transfer Rekening BCA Sendiri’
- Next, enter the transfer details, including the source and destination accounts (customers may select a Business Sub Account for either)
- After that, fill in the details including the amount, description, effective date, and other information required by the customer.
- Once on the confirmation page, click 'Make Transfer' to finish
For approvers, releasers, or cashiers, follow these steps:
- Select the ‘Activity’ menu, then select ‘Financial Authorization’
- Please select the transaction you want to authorize.
- Next, open the Appli 2 app and click the 'Authenticate' button
How to transfer funds to another BCA account (maker)
- Open the “Transfer” menu
- Select “Transfer Rekening BCA Lainnya”
- Select the source and destination accounts (if already registered). If the recipient account isnot registered yet, the customer can select 'Tujuan Baru' and enter the account details
- After that, fill in the details such as the amount, description, effective date, and any other information required by the customer
Approvers and releasers can follow these steps:
- Select the 'Activity' menu, and then select 'Financial Authorization'
- Next, select the transaction you want to authorize
- Finally, enter the App ID and click 'Authenticate'
How to Check the Balance and Transaction History of a Business Sub Account Rupiah
- Open the ‘Accounts’ menu
- Select “Business Sub Account”
- The 'Informasi Saldo' tab displays your sub account balance
- Select the ‘Lihat Mutasi’ tab to see sub account details
- To view transaction history, the user must first select the desired sub account
- Select the transaction period and type (Debit, Credit, or All)
- Click the ‘Display’ button to view the transaction data on the screen immediately
- Select the 'Download Mutasi' tab to download your sub account transaction history
- To download the transaction history, users must first select the desired Sub Account
- Select the transaction period and type (Debit, Credit, or All)
- Select a file format (PDF, XLSX, CSV, TXT)
- The system will process the download request, and the customers can download the file to their devices through the ‘Activity > Download Request Results’ menu
How to Download the Main Account eStatement
- Open the ‘Accounts’ menu
- Select ‘e-Statement > Savings and Checking e-Statement’
- Select the account you wish to download the e-Statement for. Checking accounts with sub-accounts will be indicated by a 'Memiliki Business Sub Account' flag
- Select e-Statement period
- Click the “Request Download” button
- Once the system processes the request, customers can download the file via the 'Activity > Download Request Results' menu
Requirements and Instructions for Using a Business Subaccount
- The customer is a myBCA Bisnis user and has sysadmin privileges
- Have a BCA account to use as your main account that meets the following criteria:
- The account type is a checking account in Indonesian Rupiah
- The account is not a joint account, RDN, or RDL
- The account is not an escrow account, and
- The account is not a power of attorney account
Additional Information About Business Sub Accounts
- No minimum balance
- No initial deposit required
- No balance held
- The transaction limit for Rupiah Sub Accounts is based on the limit of the transaction channel used by the customer.
- The main account holder is permitted up to 1,000 sub-accounts
