In digital banking services, transaction security is a top priority. To support this, BCA implements a multi-layered authorization system to ensure that every transaction, especially those conducted via internet banking, remains secure. One of these security features is KeyBCA.
Transaction authorization with KeyBCA is an additional security verification process when users conduct financial transactions via the KlikBCA or myBCA websites.
The function of KeyBCA is similar to a One-Time Password (OTP) that is valid only once, so that each transaction receives a unique verification code known as an APPLI Response. BCA provides two types of KeyBCA as authorization tools to maintain transaction security in internet banking, namely:
1. Physical KeyBCA
The physical KeyBCA is a blue prism-shaped token that generates an APPLI-1 or APPLI-2 response to authorize financial transactions such as transfers, payments, or purchases via the KlikBCA and myBCA web versions. Learn more about the physical KeyBCA here.
2. KeyBCA App
The KeyBCA App is the digital version of the physical KeyBCA with the same functions, but it is more convenient because it is integrated with the customer’s smartphone and available for Android and iOS. By using the KeyBCA App, customers can directly approve (using the KeyBCA App PIN) or reject transaction confirmations from the web versions of KlikBCA and myBCA, such as transfers, payments, or purchases, directly from their smartphones.
The KeyBCA App can also generate an APPLI-1 or APPLI-2 response as needed for the approval or authorization of other transactions.

Currently, these two types are the official KeyBCA authorization tools. For further assistance, customers can contact Halo BCA at 1500888 or visit the nearest BCA branch.
Always ensure you access official channels atwww.klikbca.com and mybca.bca.co.id
Additionally, never share your personal banking information, especially the APPLI-1 or APPLI-2 codes. This information can be used to access your account or perform financial transactions.
