2. Be Careful When Searching for Contact Information

Avoid trusting contact numbers found through search engines or third-party websites, especially those using personal WhatsApp numbers that are not listed on BCA’s official channels.

• Halo BCA Bisnis: 1500998 (for business purposes)
• WhatsApp Halo BCA: 08111500998 (verified with a blue checkmark next to the number or contact name, not on the profile picture)
• App: haloBCA (download only from the official App Store or Google Play)

If you encounter a different number or one that lacks these authenticity indicators, it is most likely a scammer impersonating BCA.
