- Log in with your BCA ID & Password
- Activate location access
- Select your registered phone number
- Enter the OTP code*
- Verify your identity (biometrics/video call)
- myBCA is ready to use!
*Not applicable to Solitaire and Prioritas customers
How to Transfer BCA mobile App to a New Phone
- Install the BCA mobile app from the App Store/Play Store
- Open the app on your new phone
- Grant location access
- Check the terms and conditions, then click next
- Enter your 16-digit ATM card number
- Send a verification SMS + proceed with biometrics
- Create an access code
- Enter the OTP code, BCA mobile is ready to use!
