Land and Building Tax (PBB) is an mandatory obligation for all property owners in Indonesia. The PBB payment process has become easier and more convenient with the option to pay through BCA services such as myBCA, BCA mobile, KlikBCA, or ATM BCA.

How to Pay PBB Online via myBCA

Log in to myBCA
Select PBB in the Pay & Top Up section
Enter the Tax Object Number, select the Tax Object Payment Year and Region, then click Continue
Check the bill details, then click Payment
Enter your PIN
You’ll see a confirmation once your payment is successful

How to Pay PBB Online via BCA mobile

Log in to BCA mobile
Select the m-Payment menu
Choose “Pajak”
Select “Input No. Objek Pajak”, then enter the Tax Object Number
Select “Tahun Pembayaran Objek Pajak”
Check the bill details, then click “OK”
Enter your PIN
You’ll get a confirmation once your payment is successful

How to Pay PBB Online via KlikBCA

Log in to KlikBCA
Select the “Pembayaran” menu
Choose “Pajak”
Enter the Tax Object Number (NPO) to be paid, then select the “Tahun Pembayaran Objek Pajak”
Check the bill amount and verify the payment by entering KeyBCA Appli 1
You’ll get a confirmation once your payment is successful

How to Pay PBB Online via ATM BCA

Insert your ATM card and enter your PIN into ATM BCA
Select the “Penarikan Tunai/Transaksi Lainnya”
Select “Transaksi Lainnya”
Select the “Pembayaran” menu
Select the MPN/Pajak menu
Select the PBB menu
Enter the “Tax Object Number (NOP)”, then click “Benar”
Enter the “Tahun Pajak”, then click “Benar”
You’ll see a confirmation screen on the ATM screen, select “Ya” to continue to payment
A confirmation of successful payment will appear and a receipt will be issued
